1. General Provisions

1.1. The Winter Wonderland Series promotion runs from December 15 to January 4 (inclusive).
1.2. The promotion is organized by JackPoker. Participation implies the user's full agreement with these terms.
1.3. The promotion is only available to users who have reached the legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction, are registered on the JackPoker platform, and have completed the verification (KYC) process.
1.4. JackPoker reserves the right to modify the promotion's terms, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for technical or other reasons.

2. Series Structure and Participation Terms

2.1. The total guaranteed prize pool for the Winter Wonderland Series is $4,000,000, comprising:

$3,000,000 — the main Mystery Bounty tournament series;
$500,000 — additional tournaments;
$500,000 — weekly giveaway draws.
2.2. No separate registration is required for the series — a player automatically participates by playing in Winter Wonderland tournaments.
2.3. The list of series tournaments, including Mystery Bounty and additional events, is displayed in the JackPoker lobby.
2.4. JackPoker reserves the right to change the series schedule.
3. Mystery Bounty — Main Series ($3,000,000 GTD)

3.1. In all series Mystery Bounty events, the prizes for knocking out opponents are randomly generated and only revealed upon the knockout.
3.2. Mystery Bounties may include multiple prize tiers, including large cash prizes and special series rewards.
3.3. Only knockouts achieved in Winter Wonderland tournaments count towards the promotion.
3.4. The number of Mystery Bounties a player can receive is limited only by their progress in the relevant tournaments.

4. Tickets for Knocking Out Mystery Bounties

4.1. Each Mystery Bounty knocked out in series tournaments earns the player a ticket to additional Winter Wonderland tournaments.
4.2. The ticket corresponds to the tier of the bounty knocked out.
4.3. Tickets can only be collected by participating in the main series; obtaining tickets by other means is not provided for.
4.4. Tickets are used to participate in special tournaments held on strictly specified dates.
4.5. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-sellable, and non-transferable to other users.
4.6. The maximum number of tickets a user can receive is 3 tickets per category.

5. Additional Winter Wonderland Tournaments ($500,000 GTD)

5.1. Additional tournaments are only available to players who have collected tickets by knocking out Mystery Bounties.
5.2. Tournaments are held twice:

December 24 — three events with $15,000, $50,000, and $125,000 GTD;
January 5 — three events with $40,000, $90,000, and $180,000 GTD.
5.3. A corresponding ticket is required to enter each tournament.
5.4. Players are responsible for using their tickets on time. Unused tickets are not compensated.
5.5. Prizes in these tournaments are paid out according to the standard payout structure specified in the JackPoker lobby.
6. New Year Giveaway ($500,000)

6.1. The Giveaway is held weekly on Mondays throughout the promotion period.
6.2. To participate, a player must make a deposit according to the established tiers:

deposit from $25 → 1 ticket;
deposit from $50 → 2 tickets;
deposit from $100 → 5 tickets.
6.3. Tickets are awarded for each qualifying deposit and are only valid for the week in which they were received.
6.4. A player can participate in a single draw with multiple tickets.
6.5. Prize tiers for each draw:
$7,000 — 1 winner
$3,000 — 3 winners
$1,000 — 10 winners
$300 — 20 winners
$100 — 50 winners
$50 — 100 winners
Mystery Box — special prizes with varying values.
6.6. Winners are selected randomly from all valid tickets.
6.7. One user can win more than one prize if the random selection falls on their tickets multiple times.
6.8. Prizes are credited to winners' accounts within 3 business days.
7. Crediting and Use of Prizes

7.1. All promotion prizes are credited as Instant Cash.
7.2. Instant Cash can be used in JackPoker cash games as real money, including at any available tables.
7.3. Instant Cash cannot be withdrawn directly — a playthrough requirement must first be met.
7.4. The playthrough is achieved via rake: for every $20 paid in rake, $5 is credited to your real money balance.
7.5. After the playthrough is fully completed, the entire Instant Cash amount becomes available for withdrawal as regular funds.
7.6. Any un-played-through amount does not expire and remains available until the conditions are fully met.
7.7. JackPoker reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or withdrawing funds received as part of the promotion.

8. Other Conditions

8.1. Any attempts to abuse the promotion, including multi-accounting, unfair play, or violation of platform rules, will lead to disqualification.
8.2. In case of disputes, the final decision rests with JackPoker.
